In Home Gym Setup

Achieve Physical Therapy & Performance Enhancement also offers a consultation service directed at helping our clients create a home gym that allows for obtaining one's fitness goals in the comfort and convenience of their own home. This service includes the following: a space assessment of where your future home gym will be located at your residence, a goal setting discussion to review your fitness needs, the creation of an equipment list compiled of items we recommend you purchase to establish the optimal home gym, as well as arranging for the ordering, delivery and assembly of your equipment.

If structural changes are required to your space, we can also recommend local contractors to provide this service. This would include creating walls, hanging electrical equipment like televisions or sound equipment, as well as installing mirrors into your home gym.
