Personal Training/ Sports Performance Training
Achieve provides goal oriented personal training and sport performance training, utilizing the latest state of the art equipment and functional based exercises. Clients undergo a complete assessment process, which include testing mobility, strength, balance, coordination and body composition prior to beginning a training program. One-on-one sessions are individualized based on a client's personal goals and the results obtained during their assessment to provide the most thorough fitness program possible.
Sport performance training is also highly customized to an individual's sport, personal goals, as well as strengths and weaknesses observed via a sport specific functional assessment. Sport performance training sessions are aimed at improving all necessary components of a given sport, including mobility, balance, coordination, strength, power/explosiveness, speed and agility.
Both personal training and sport performance training are not only directed at enabling clients to achieve their personal fitness goals, but also function as a means of injury prevention to allow for a healthier overall lifestyle.
